With over 20 years leading teams in big companies, it was clear to me that something is wrong. All too often these companies promote people into management roles because they are good individual contributors. They don't hire for peole management skills and they don't train properly for them either.
My purpose is to help others be awesome. With People Management 101 I'm focusing that mission on managers and aspiring managers. I hope you find what I have to offer useful.
